We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all products. Items purchased within 30 days are eligible for a return and refund. At this time, we do not offer exchanges; however, you may return an item for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.
REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS
- Proof of Purchase: A valid original purchase order number from RICHEXS is required for returns. Purchases made outside of the RICHEXS website must be returned to the original seller.
- Condition of Items: Returned items must be in original packaging, with all included accessories, materials, and documentation, and must be in original or new condition.
- Restocking Fees: If items are returned incomplete, damaged, or without original packaging, RICHEXS reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or deduct a portion from the refund.
REFUND POLICY

- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 10-14 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that some banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
